Chris de la Rocha is a 36 year old MMA fighter from Washougal, WA. He began his career in mixed martial arts as an amateur heavyweight in 2011.
Chris’ interest in MMA began in high school, where he was a wrestler for Oak Grove High School in San Jose, CA. After moving to the Northwest, Chris practiced Brazilian Jiujitsu under Trevor Bernal at Progressive Jui Jitsu, where he won several tournaments.
In 2011, as a challenge by his father to test his abilities, Chris won the boxing event for the Police Olympics in Reno, NV. Shortly thereafter, Chris brought together his fighting skills of wrestling, Jiu Jitsu and boxing into the sport of MMA.
In March 2015, he won the heavyweight title of Prime Fighting out of Ridgefield Washington. His current MMA record is 4-0 and is ranked number 1 heavyweight in the Northwest.
